I have little faith that Canadians would embrace a DOGE-style mechanism to make our government efficient and accountable. Too many people profit from the corruption and handouts and Canadians are by nature apathetic and meek. The $250 GST rebate (vote buying scheme) will lead to further debt but most people are too short-sighted to understand this. They just see $250 to spend on Christmas gifts. I wish Canadians would WAKE UP!
